En l’honneur des pionniers qui cultivèrent le houblon sur le chemin Ridge (aujourd’hui Route de comté 10), entre St-Eugène et Riceville, Brasserie Sir John nous a brassé cette Fresh Hops IPA. Cette IPA exceptionnelle est houblonnée à 100% avec du Cascade et Chinook cultivés dans la région où Sir John s’y était établi en Ontario dans les années 1785. Signée Sir John, cette IPA trouble met en valeur le côté huileux des houblons frais qui apporte un mouthfeel rond et crémeux. Les saveurs du Cascade et du Chinook font danser des notes d’agrumes, tropicales et légèrement résineuses sur le palais. Célébrez avec nous les pionniers et la culture du houblon local !
